Design Appearance -

 

The proposed buildings have been designed to use high quality bricks that will be suitable for such an important development. Different buildings will use different bricks to ensure a rich mix of colour and texture.

 

Variety in the overall appearance of the individual buildings also helps people orientate themselves around the area.

 

The design of the development creates a new public space (somewhere lo stop and chat), while also creating safe designated routes for pedestrians and cyclists across the high street and beyond.

 

The new public spaces will act as a magnet enticing people from the Morrison's carpark through to the new shops and leisure facilities creating o focal point where currently none exists.
